Fundraising Events

 

As a local professional photographer I would like to offer local schools a family portrait day. This is a fantastic opportunity to raise money for the school and a great way for parents to have fun, relaxed and contemporary portraits captured at reasonable prices.

 

 How it works...

The best day to do this would be on a Saturday or Sunday depending on the school hall's availability. Once a date is agreed, approximately 6 weeks before the event, I will supply you with letters to hand out to all the children. Also if this could be sent out as an email to all the parents this would be helpful. Once bookings are made a £10 booking session fee will be required. All booking session fees and 10% commission on all sales will go to the school fundraiser upon completion of the prints.

On the day I will give each family a 10 minute slot, depending on interest, ideally I would require access to the hall from 8am - 6pm as this will give me enough time to set up/set down and start booking sessions from 9am.

Approx 1-2 weeks after the photo sessions, you will receive the preview slips to distribute.

The parents will then return their orders along with full payment to the school over the next 10 days. Following the 10 day deadline, all orders will be collated and printed. This will take approx 2 weeks for the final prints to be sorted and delivered back to the school ready for distribution.
